The De'Longhi adds a 24-hour programmable timer, ComforTemp one-touch setpoint, and thermal slots that keep the surface cooler to the touch. The Amazon Basics gives you three settings, a dial thermostat, and tip-over shutoff for well under half the money. If you'll use the timer to pre-warm the bedroom and you want the cooler surface, pay up; if you just need silent overnight heat, don't.
